Exciting New Role as Specialist Advisor at the Care Quality Commission

We’re pleased to share that our CEO, Manu Thomas, has recently been appointed as a Specialist Advisor (SpA) to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England.

In this prestigious role, Manu will contribute clinical and sector-specific insight to support CQC inspections, investigations, and regulatory assessments. His responsibilities include attending inspections, offering real-time advice, and ensuring that evaluation criteria reflect the most up-to-date clinical standards and operational realities.

This role is offered on an ad-hoc basis, complementing Manu’s existing commitments with CareLearner and in primary care. It also reinforces our team’s commitment to first-hand sector engagement, peer learning, and grounded innovation.
